Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 3 to 7 business days from Greensboro, North Carolina, excluding weekends and holidays. For custom-made, hand-sewn, or pre-order pieces, (labeled at checkout) specific extended production timelines will be explicitly stated on the individual product page.

Once an order is packaged and handed over to the carrier (USPS or UPS), a tracking number will be provided via email. Maison Coterie is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once marked as received by the carrier. Buyers are solely responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping details at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect address will require the customer to cover re-shipment costs.
